The Data Analyst works cross-functionally with Sales, Underwriting and Finance to deliver key services to global customers, including portfolio analysis and performance reporting. You will be part of a fast-paced international environment, solving problems and delivering service excellence in collaboration with stakeholders.

Role and Day-to-Day

As a Data Analyst, you will have the opportunity to :

  • Manage relationships and activities related to our Network Partners and Customers
  • Produce professional Customer and Network Partners data analytics / reports
  • Streamline processes and data analysis to ensure excellent delivery standards
  • Monitor portfolio data and performance
  • Proactively ensure customer satisfaction through monitoring and implementing related metrics
  • Establish best practices to optimize end service delivery
  • Ensure financial and accounting closings are performed according to deadlines
  • Collaborate with other teams and Subject Matter Experts to identify data sources and improve reports
  • Work alongside experts in various technological domains
  • Enhance skills with real-world experience
  • Contribute to a team that values input and creativity
What Makes You a Great Fit?

We are not seeking perfection; if you meet some of these requirements, you’ll be a good fit :

  • University degree, preferably in an analytical field (Finance / Accounting, Data Science, Math, Statistics)
  • Relevant work experience of 3–5 years related to the responsibilities
  • Basic knowledge of the insurance business is preferred
  • Excellent understanding of data administration and management functions
  • Ability to work with large data sets across segments to support decision-making
  • Strong communication, presentation, project management and relationship skills
  • Experience in financial reporting and / or accounting; strong understanding of financial data processes
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills with advanced Excel; Power BI or similar tools preferred
  • English at business fluency level (written and spoken)
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines under pressure
  • Team player with proactive attitude and attention to detail
