A pioneering boutique consultancy based in Spain is seeking a Data & AI Engineer to join their fully remote team. The ideal candidate will have strong Azure and Python skills to support internal product development and R&D initiatives. Formación

• Strong proficiency in at least one programming language, preferably Python, TypeScript, or C#.

Role: This is a fully remote role open to freelance (autónomo) or contract-based professionals based in Spain. We are seeking a versatile Data & AI Engineer, preferably with strong Azure and Python skills, to support internal product development and R& D initiatives in close collaboration with the team.

Qualifications: Must-haves

• Strong proficiency in at least one programming language, preferably Python, Type Script, or C#
• Solid knowledge of data and AI engineering, including Data Lakehouse architectures and LLMs
• Familiarity with Azure, Fabric, Databricks, and Power BI
• Proficiency in CI / CD practices using Azure Dev Ops or Git Hub
• Fluent English for active participation in daily work and projects
• Doctoral or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with n8n and / or Lang Chain
• Relevant professional certifications
• Familiarity with EU-funded projects
• Active contributions to open-source projects
• Proficiency in an additional European language, preferably German
