Job Title

Role Overview

Responsibilities

Your mission is to receive calls and provide expert support for managing coverage related to potential incidents affecting customers' electronic devices.

Compensation & Contract

• Salary: €22,000 gross per year.
• Contract: 4-month duration with genuine opportunities for extension.
• Work hours: 39 hours per week, Monday-Friday 9:00-17:00.

Training & Onboarding

• On-site training in English, required office availability in first months.
• Remote position with office in Seville (Los Remedios).
