The compensation package includes a base salary of 1500€ per month, meal allowances, bonuses, and health insurance.

Danish Speaker Customer Service Representative- | Portugal (Remote)

Position: Customer Service Representative – Danish
Location: Braga, Portugal (Remote)
Working Hours: Monday–Friday | 08:00–17:00
Days Off: Saturday & Sunday
Start Date: 5 March 2026

Job Description

We are looking for a Danish-speaking Customer Service Representative to join an international remote team supporting premium automotive and digital service projects.
The role includes handling customer requests, providing professional support across channels, resolving issues efficiently, and delivering a high-quality customer experience in line with brand standards.

Candidate Profile

• Fluent Danish speaker (C2+)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Problem-solving oriented
• Comfortable working in a remote international environment
• Previous customer service experience is an asset

Salary & Compensation Package

• Base Salary: 1500€ (14 months)

• Meal Allowance: 7.63€ per day

• Complexity Bonus: 80€ per month (11 months)

• Position Bonus (Braga): 20€ per month (12 months)

• Health Insurance:

  • Active from Day 1 (monthly contribution required)

  • Free after 6 months of contract

  • Relocation support avaible
