Helping SaaS companies mature their security posture.Developing guidance, template policies, and improving onboarding processes related to security tooling.You will work with our SaaS portfolio on :
Adopting team.Blue standards and policies.Implementing security tools such as vulnerability management, penetration testing, EDR, and awareness training.Advising companies on remediating findings from due diligence in a pragmatic way.Assisting in developing testing, business continuity, and disaster recovery plans.Helping build their risk register.Consulting on security questions and issues.Additionally, you will collaborate with our Group Security team to develop templates, policies, and guides to help less mature companies enhance their information security systems and improve the 'team.Blue Information Security Standards'.The role can be based anywhere within the EU, with options for fully remote or hybrid work from our offices.Your SkillsetAt least 5+ years of experience in information security, including governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) and / or technical security.Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.Ability to communicate risks to technical teams and senior stakeholders such as founders.Broad knowledge of cybersecurity tools, controls, and standards like ISO 27001, CIS Critical Controls.Knowledge of GDPR-related technical security measures.It is a plus if you :
