Role Overview

We are currently seeking enthusiastic and motivated Customer Support Agents to join our growing team and support our operations for the Turkish market.

As a Customer Support Agent, you will be the first point of contact for Turkish‑speaking customers – handling inquiries via phone, email, and live chat – while ensuring every customer receives a high‑quality and satisfying service experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver excellent customer support to Turkish‑speaking clients.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues or escalate when necessary.
  • Record all interactions accurately in the company’s CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to optimize customer satisfaction.
  • Represent FEDCEL GROUP, S.L. with integrity, empathy, and dedication in every interaction.
Requirements
  • Fluent Turkish (native level) and good command of English (working proficiency).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem‑solving ability, patience, and professionalism.
  • Basic computer literacy (MS Office, CRM systems, or similar tools).
  • Prior experience in customer service, support, or call centers is an asset but not required.
