The Position:

We are seeking a Customer Success Specialist to join our Trading team.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Providing feedback from customer requests to Product teams.
  • Guiding customers through onboarding processes and ensuring they derive maximum value from Isotrol products.
  • Building and nurturing strong customer relationships, understanding their goals, and aligning Isotrol products to help achieve them.
  • Following up on accounts, acting as an expert advisor to maximize adoption and retention.
  • Collecting and passing on user feedback for product development.
  • Identifying new product extension opportunities in collaboration with sales teams.
  • Analyzing product usage to identify required actions and success stories, acting as the voice of the customer by conveying satisfaction levels, risks, and opportunities.

Functional knowledge: Extensive understanding of participation in Iberian wholesale electricity markets.

Your skills and experience:

  • Good communication skills in English and/or other languages (High level of English - B2).
  • Engineering degree preferred.
  • Work experience in electrical trading teams.

What we offer:

  • Flexible working hours at the start and end of the day.
  • Remote working options.
  • Holidays: 22 days plus 24th and 31st December when during the workweek.
  • Summer hours: 8:00 to 15:00 from July 1st to August 31st.
