Una empresa líder en soluciones de software para el mercado energético busca un/a Customer Success Specialist para unirse a su equipo de Trading. La función incluye guiar a los clientes durante el proceso de integración, maximizar su satisfacción y analizar el uso del producto. Se valorará dominio del inglés y experiencia en trading eléctrico. Se ofrecen horarios flexibles, opciones de trabajo remoto y 22 días de vacaciones más días adicionales durante las festividades.

Formación

  • Proficiencia en inglés y/o otros idiomas.
  • Experiencia previa en equipo de trading eléctrico.

Responsabilidades

  • Proporcionar retroalimentación de solicitudes de clientes a equipos de Producto.
  • Orientar a los clientes desde la compra hasta la integración del producto.
  • Construir y fomentar relaciones sólidas con los clientes.

Conocimientos

Inglés (alto nivel, B2 o superior)
Experiencia en equipos de trading eléctrico

The Position:

We seek a Customer Success Specialist to join our Trading team.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Providing feedback from customer requests to Product teams.
  • Guiding customers from purchase through onboarding, ensuring they gain maximum value from Isotrol products.
  • Building and nurturing strong customer relationships, understanding their goals, and aligning Isotrol solutions to meet them.
  • Following up on accounts to maximize adoption and retention, acting as an expert advisor.
  • Collecting user feedback for product development.
  • Identifying new product opportunities in collaboration with sales.
  • Analyzing product usage to identify actions, success stories, and conveying customer satisfaction and risks internally.
  • Having extensive knowledge of participation in Iberian wholesale electricity markets.

Your skills and experience:

  • Proficiency in English (High level, B2 or above) and/or other languages.
  • Experience in electrical trading teams.

  • Remote working options.
  • Holidays: 22 days plus 24th and 31st December when during the workweek.
  • Summer hours: 8:00 to 15:00 from July 1 to August 31.
