The role involves guiding customers through onboarding, enhancing their experience, and fostering relationships to maximize the adoption of Isotrol’s products. The ideal candidate will have experience in electrical trading and strong communication skills in English.

The Position :

We are looking for a Customer Success Specialist to join our Trading team.

Your key responsibilities :

  • Providing feedback from existing customer requests to Product.
  • Guide customers from the point of purchase, leading user onboarding processes and ensuring they get maximum value from Isotrol products.
  • Build, maintain and nurture strong relationships with customers, understanding their goals and how Isotrol products can help them achieve them.
  • Follow up on assigned accounts, acting as an expert advisor on Isotrol products to help maximise adoption and encourage retention
  • Collect and internally pass on user feedback for consideration in the evolution of Isotrol's products
  • Identify new opportunities for product extension by coordinating closely with sales teams
  • Analyse product usage to identify required actions and Success Stories. Act as the voice of the customer at Isotrol, conveying satisfaction levels as well as identified risks and opportunities.
  • Functional reference with extensive knowledge of the business of participation in Iberian wholesale electricity markets.

Your skills and experience :

  • Good communication skills in English and / or other languages (High level of English-B2)
  • Work experience in electrical trading teams

  • Flexible working hours at the start and end of the working day

  • Holidays : 22 working days + 24th and 31st December (when during the working week)
  • Summer working hours : From 8.00 to 15.00 every day (from 1st July to 31st August)
