What You’ll Be Doing
  • Assist global clients through live chat and email support
  • Manage client accounts, updates, and documentation
  • Handle incoming calls with impeccable phone etiquette
  • Provide troubleshooting support for trading platform issues
  • Promote company products and guide clients through services
  • Collaborate with Compliance and internal departments to resolve issues
  • Maintain accurate records and contribute to client satisfaction
  • Build strong relationships with both new and existing clients
  • Help the team meet and exceed performance targets
What We’re Looking For
  • Native or fluent in Italian, with strong English skills (B2+)
  • Degree in Business or a related field
  • Previous experience in a similar support or finance role is an advantage
  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel and Word
  • Familiarity with MetaTrader platforms is a plus
  • Ability to work rotational shifts: 09:00–18:00, 10:00–19:00 (Mon–Fri)
  • Able to work under pressure and manage tasks efficiently
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills
