La posición implica proporcionar servicios técnicos de alta calidad y actuar como el principal punto de contacto técnico. Se valorará la experiencia en tecnología RFID y la capacidad de resolución de problemas, y se ofrece un ambiente de trabajo dinámico e internacional con oportunidades de crecimiento.

Formación

  • Experiencia demostrable de 1+ años en roles cara al cliente en una empresa tecnológica.

We provide RFID systems mainly for the retail and healthcare sectors, as well as RFID UHF components, like antennas, multiplexers, and readers for any industry.

Keonn’s team is comprised of experienced engineers and PhDs with deep knowledge in fields like radiofrequency, antennas, electronics, firmware, and cloud-based software.

Job position

Customer Success Engineer

Customer Success Engineer helps to ensure customer satisfaction and health, as well as strengthening the ongoing relationship with customers by providing top-quality technical services.

Customer Success Engineer is expected to ensure customer renewals and to increase sales for existing customers.

  • Accountability for ongoing value delivered successful implementation.
  • Customer key point of contact for all technical aspects including on-boarding, methodology consultancy and best practices.
  • Trusted advisor. Build strong and positive relationships with clients at various levels.
  • Serve as the key liaison for sales and management to ensure consistent customer satisfaction.
  • Provide status and service reports to recommend next steps to management.
  • Setup customer’s cloud environment to match their needs.
  • Travel to customer premises to ensure successful RFID’s PoC.
  • Act as the voice of customer within the company.
  • Demonstrable 1+ years experience in customer-facing roles in a tech company.
  • Highly interested in the Retail sector.
  • An Engineering Bachelor's Degree.
  • Problem-solving capacity to find customer solutions. Strong customer focus.
  • Knowledge of computer networking. A clear understanding of IP networks.
  • Knowledge and experience in RFID technology is a big plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
  • You are a resident of the EU or are in possession of an EU working permit.
  • Willing to travel.
