Position: Dutch Customer Service Sales Representative
Location: Barcelona Spain
Employment type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Contact potential clients using various channels (phone, email)
- Manage inbound calls and ensure quarterly quota is reached
- Respond to inbound emails in timely and accurate manner
- Place outbound calls when required
- Quote creation and follow up
- Use upselling / cross-selling techniques to maximise revenue
- Stay up to date with active promotions and campaigns to maximise their success
- Ensure personal knowledge of the portfolio is maintained
- Track stock availability
- Cross-language backup if needed
- Answer and deal with customer post-sales requests
- Solve status queries
Requirements
- Native / fluent in Dutch both oral and written. Fluent in English
- Minimum of 1-year relevant experience
- Comfortable communicating using various channels (telephone, email)
- Knowledge of sales techniques (up- / cross-selling, objection handling etc.)
- Computer literate with solid IT knowledge and technical understanding
- Strong personal interest and curiosity in IT products and applications
- Outstanding communication with ability to emphasise, negotiate and persuade
- Resourceful and stress resilient personality that can adapt and remain calm in all situations
- Exceptional customer facing and customer care skills
- Ability to meet tight deadlines with minimum supervision and in timely manner
- Ability to work independently while being a team player at the same time
