Overview

Position: Dutch Customer Service Sales Representative

Location: Barcelona Spain

Employment type: Full-time

Responsibilities
  • Contact potential clients using various channels (phone, email)
  • Manage inbound calls and ensure quarterly quota is reached
  • Respond to inbound emails in timely and accurate manner
  • Place outbound calls when required
  • Quote creation and follow up
  • Use upselling / cross-selling techniques to maximise revenue
  • Stay up to date with active promotions and campaigns to maximise their success
  • Ensure personal knowledge of the portfolio is maintained
  • Track stock availability
  • Cross-language backup if needed
  • Answer and deal with customer post-sales requests
  • Solve status queries
Requirements
  • Native / fluent in Dutch both oral and written. Fluent in English
  • Minimum of 1-year relevant experience
  • Comfortable communicating using various channels (telephone, email)
  • Knowledge of sales techniques (up- / cross-selling, objection handling etc.)
  • Computer literate with solid IT knowledge and technical understanding
  • Strong personal interest and curiosity in IT products and applications
  • Outstanding communication with ability to emphasise, negotiate and persuade
  • Resourceful and stress resilient personality that can adapt and remain calm in all situations
  • Exceptional customer facing and customer care skills
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines with minimum supervision and in timely manner
  • Ability to work independently while being a team player at the same time
