Formación

What You’ll Be Doing:

Handle customer queries via phone, email, chat & social media
Provide clear and accurate information about products and services
Assist with troubleshooting and escalate complex issues when needed
Accurately document interactions and manage your ticket queue
Work cross-functionally with tech and service teams
Contribute to process improvements with feedback and ideas

What We’re Looking For:
Native/fluent French (C2) & solid English skills (B2+)
Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
Strong communication skills across platforms
Ability to troubleshoot and follow structured procedures
Fast learner, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy
Team player who thrives in fast-paced environments
Willingness to work rotating shifts: Monday to Friday, 6AM–10PM
