A global technology and services leader is seeking a Customer Service Representative. You will handle user requests and solve technical issues while providing exceptional customer care. The ideal candidate should be proficient in German and have an advanced level of English, along with a strong IT background. This position offers a full-time contract, with a salary of €19,634 gross per year plus bonuses, and the option to work remotely or hybrid in Barcelona.

What you will do in this role

As a Customer Service Representative on our team, you will :

  • Take incoming user requests
  • Solve requests / incidents that require a higher level of technical knowledge
  • Solve requests / incidents related to more specific products / apps like Soundtouch & Bose Music.
  • Maintain knowledge and expertise associated with applications specific to Users.
  • Proactively update customers with status and resolution progres
Your qualifications

Concentrix is a great match if you :

  • Are proficient or bilingual in German and have an advanced level of English
  • Have excellent customer care skills
  • Have high IT knowledge in Signal Path Connectivity, Wireless Networking, Live Music and Audiovisual products.
  • Are Windows and Mac environment literate
  • Have 1 year in a customer service environment, preferably technical support
  • Have excellent customer care knowledge and awareness
  • Have good communication and team skills, flexibility and stress resistance
