A leading financial services company in Madrid is looking for a customer service representative fluent in German and English. The role involves supporting clients via phone and email. Ideal candidates have experience in customer service and reside in Madrid or are willing to relocate. A permanent contract is offered, with a salary of 23.5k€ gross annually. Hybrid work option available post-training.

Your mission will be to provide customer service in the German and English language, both by phone and email, for an important financial institution.

Requirements:

  • Required languages: German C1+ and English Advanced (minimum C1). No Spanish required.
  • Required experience: Experience in customer service.
  • Others requirements: Residence in Madrid or willing to relocate.

What do we offer you?

  • Permanent contract with 2 months trial period.
  • Full time 39 hours/week.
  • Schedule from Monday to Friday, rotating between 9am and 8pm.
  • Modality of work: On-site. Possibility of hybrid modality once the learning curve has been overcome.
  • Salary of 23.5k€ gross per year.
