A leading watch manufacturer seeks a Customer Care Assistant in Alcobendas, Spain. You will provide dedicated support to B2C and B2B customers, ensuring a positive experience. The ideal candidate has customer service experience, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in CRM tools. Fluency in English is required; additional languages are valued.

Formación

As a Customer Care Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for our B2C and B2B customers, providing efficient, empathetic, and solution-oriented support. Your mission is to ensure a positive experience in every interaction while representing the values of our Longines Brand.
