As Customer Advisor you will be responsible for contacting, advising and analyzing the needs of our existing Odoo customers, identifying new business opportunities. You will enjoy a dynamic role, resolving customer needs for each type of client, and helping various businesses manage their processes through Odoo application integration.
We expect the candidate to be proactive and results‑oriented, with strong self‑management, organization, planning and persuasive skills.
Algunas de tus responsabilidades serán:
- Contact with customers: initiate contact with newly registered customers in Odoo and qualify the project.
- Need analysis: evaluate client pains and explain how Odoo can provide the best solution.
- Personalized demos: show customers how to digitalize their processes with custom business flow demonstrations.
- Negotiation and sales: manage the full sales cycle from existing customer qualification to closing new opportunities, with full freedom to implement your strategies.
- Interaction with diverse companies: handle a wide range of businesses from small startups to large enterprises across industries.

RESPONSABILIDADES
- Commercial account advisor for active accounts.
- Build and maintain long‑term trust relationships with active Odoo users.
- Analyze client business operations and provide solutions to fully leverage Odoo, including qualifications and demos.
- Identify potential opportunities for the Odoo Account Managers team.
PERFIL 🎯
- Good business knowledge.
- 1–2 years of experience in sales or post‑sale service.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Resilient and problem‑solving person.
- Fluent Spanish and English, written and spoken.
- Organized and autonomous.
- Problem‑solving capability.
- Valid work permit for Spain.
DESEABLE 👍
- Interest in software world.
- Experience in direct sales roles (SDR).
- Analytical skills.
- Immediate availability.
- Experience with ERP systems.
