The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced CRM (Customer Relationship Management) Automation Specialist who specializes in using the HubSpot platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze data and metrics to measure performance of automation efforts and make data‑driven decisions to improve them.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify opportunities for automation and implement solutions.
• Train and support internal teams on the use of the HubSpot platform.
• Stay current on the latest developments and updates in the HubSpot platform and bring new ideas and best practices to the team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a CRM Automation Specialist role, with a focus on using the HubSpot platform.
• Strong understanding of CRM automation best practices and strategies.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis and reporting.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with HTML, CSS and JS will be a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or related field.
