Zinia leverages the technological resources and expertise of Openbank, the digital‑native bank of the Santander Group, which is currently rolling out its international expansion plans. Through a simple and flexible banking model, Openbank offers customers the possibility to manage their finances on the website or app.
In Openbank's credit risk team you will work with many areas in different tasks across functions, products, and regions to develop the portfolio, monitor portfolio performance and ensure that the business is on target for profitability and performance. Members of the Risk team are involved firsthand in new business initiatives, improvements to the current business, or adapting the business to regulatory and legal changes.
We are looking for a professional who specializes in data managing and has a 360‑degree view of the credit product lifecycle: admission, limits management and portfolio management. An expert in defining data processes and then being able to make data‑driven decisions combining business needs and seeking a balance of risk‑adjusted profitability, balancing knowledge of portfolio management, modelling, business with a quantitative and programming base. Someone who will lead the initiative for preventative and reactive actions towards any factors impacting credit performance and portfolio profitability.
