Creative Producer (Content and Experience) – Remote

We’re looking for a sharp, experienced Creative Producer to join the in‑house creative production team within Marketing and collaborate closely with Creative Strategist, AI Squad, UA managers to own production pipelines and deliver creative assets for a specific product angle.

You’ll put creativity, performance, and production together—coordinating a team of motion and graphic designers to produce compelling, high‑performing ad creatives. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with the Paid Social and Paid Search UA Leads, UA managers, and platform partners to bring impactful creative strategies to life. You will report to the Creative Production Operations Lead to input into scaling production processes, align creative outputs with performance goals, and ensure top‑notch delivery across Google & Meta placements.

What You’ll Do
  • Shape and execute the creative direction across Meta and Google placements—both static and video
  • Partner with UA, Creative Strategist, AI squad team, and the internal design team to spark strategy discovery, ensure alignment, and drive execution excellence
  • Guide and empower a team of motion and graphic designers to produce a high volume of creative assets
  • Lead the production pipeline from marketing research and brief to delivery, ensuring timelines, feedback loops, and quality standards are maintained
  • Collaborate closely with the UA team to implement testing strategies, interpret results, and iterate based on performance insights
  • Work toward shared KPIs with the UA and Creative Production teams
  • Improve operational efficiency to scale product angle exploration while maintaining creative quality and strategic alignment

What We Look For
  • 5+ years in creative production, with strong experience in performance marketing for mobile apps
  • 2+ years leading creative teams, with a track record of scaling output and improving creative performance
  • Solid knowledge of Meta, TikTok and Google ad platforms and formats
  • Experience leading both video and static asset production for user acquisition (cyclic production with regular sprints)
  • Preferably, a background in motion design and the ability to work hands‑on to develop and refine design concepts
  • Ability to spot emerging content formats, hooks, and cultural signals before they peak
  • Experience integrating AI tools into daily workflows and production cycles
  • Understanding of creative performance metrics and a data‑informed approach to iterationStrong organizational skills and cross‑functional communication abilities
  • Would be a plus: Experience executing creative strategy for fitness and wellness products
