The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in financial consulting, a strong command of Spanish accounting and tax regulations, and be fluent in English. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver tailored Fractional CFO services to startups and SMEs, ensuring exceptional financial guidance.
• Provide expertise in financial planning, cash flow management, and profitability analysis , with a strong results-oriented approach.
• Lead financial area restructuring and process optimization for growing companies.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships as a trusted financial advisor to clients.
• Collaborate with entrepreneurs and cross-functional teams to tackle complex challenges and generate tangible value.
• Promote financial literacy through seminars, reports, and actionable resources.

Requirements

University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics , or related fields (additional business consulting or management training is a plus).

Minimum 5 years of experience in financial consulting, ideally working with startups and SMEs.

Strong command of Spanish accounting and tax regulations.

Fluent English (written and spoken) – essential for communication with international clients.

Entrepreneurial mindset with results-driven approach and adaptability in dynamic environments.

Excellent communication, empathy, and relationship-building skills.

Experience in team leadership and project management .
