We are collaborating with a leading Online Casino Gaming Company in their search for a German-speaking Content Moderator to join their growing team in Malta. This is a hybrid role combining the flexibility of remote work with the support of an established office.

Location: Hybrid – Qormi office & remote from anywhere in Malta
Employment Type: Full-time
Industry: Online Casino / eCommerce / Digital Media
Languages: German (C2), English (B2+)
Compensation: Base salary

Responsibilities:

  • Review user-generated content like classified ads and marketplace listings
  • Respond to customer inquiries via email and ensure clarity on marketplace guidelines
  • Participate in ongoing training to stay up-to-date with content policies and moderation trends
  • Provide insights and feedback to help optimize content rules and user experience
  • Evaluate flagged content and enforce compliance with internal policies
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent quality and support

Requirements:

  • Native or fluent in German (C2) with strong communication skills
  • Fluent in English (minimum B2 level)
  • Previous experience in content moderation, customer care, or digital business is a plus
  • Detail-oriented and able to make quick, informed decisions
  • Computer savvy – familiar with Microsoft Office and online platforms
  • Must be based in Malta or willing to relocate
  • Reliable, conscientious, and customer-focused
