Junior HR Business Partner Trainee

At Bolton Food, we are looking for a Junior HR Business Partner Trainee to join our Human Resources team. This role is a great opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in a dynamic industrial environment, supporting the HR Business Partner in delivering people‑related solutions aligned with business needs.

You will work closely with managers and HR teams, contributing to key HR processes while developing a solid understanding of the HR Business Partner role within a multinational organization.

What are you going to do

With a business‑oriented and people‑focused mindset, you will support and collaborate in:

• Supporting the HR Business Partner in daily activities related to employee lifecycle management.
• Assisting in recruitment and onboarding processes, including coordination with hiring managers and candidates.
• Supporting performance management, training and development initiatives.
• Collaborating in workforce planning, organizational updates and HR reporting.
• Participating in employee engagement initiatives and internal communication actions.
• Supporting labor relations activities and ensuring HR policies are correctly applied.
• Assisting in HR data management, reporting and KPI tracking.
• Collaborating with different departments to ensure HR alignment with business priorities

What we are looking for

🎓 Education:

Degree or Master’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Labor Relations or similar.

💻 Technical skills:

Good command of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

🌍 Languages:

Professional level of Spanish and English.
