The ConnectMe Sales Representative is a sales role that is designed to enhance accessibility to product and service solutions for our customers and thus improve the overall Surgical Innovations (SI) customer experience with a technology enabled, an innovative remote selling capability that will enhance accessibility to product and service solutions.

The ConnectMe Sales Representative is specifically growing & maintaining SI sales revenue for selected products and accounts and supporting the sales execution in instrumentation in a number of selected accounts. She/he is part of the overall SI Commercial team in her/his country and works closely with the Field Sales & Marketing Team as well as the KAM (Key Account Managers), IHS (Integrated Health Solutions) and tender organization (if applicable).

Responsibilities
  • Working proactively and in a structured way on Market Analytics and Market Research around customers, competitors, and general market trends for Andalucia and Canary Islands.
  • Translating the results of his market insights into a clear prioritization of sales activity.
  • Promoting assigned product portfolio with best practice, clinical or non-clinical evaluation, demos, and product trainings (remotely using all available technology).
  • Leading the price & contract negotiations to successfully close customer deals.
  • Ensuring repeat purchase orders by understanding customer buying decisions making process & patterns.
  • Communicating & aligning on a regular basis with field sales force and local Marketing organization.
  • Collaborating with KAM/tender & contract departments on managing large scale tender and/or contract sales cycle of his accounts.
Required Knowledge and Experience
  • B.A degree in a business relevant discipline and/or business relevant experience.
  • 2+ years of remote sales experience, preferably in Medical Devices Healthcare or Science related industry.
  • Field sales experience – Operating Room Related - in the Medical Devices industry highly valued.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish.
  • Strong negotiation skills & ability to close deals with customers remotely .
  • Strong presentation/communication skills over the phone, including the ability to conduct effective virtual demos and adapt messaging to both clinical and procurement audiences.
  • Digital mindset: Familiarity with social selling strategies and digital marketing.
  • Experience with CRM ( Salesforce) and digital sales tools, with disciplined pipeline management execution, accurate forecasting, and consistent documentation of all interactions.
  • Strong results orientation and achievement of objectives.
  • Occasional travel (max up to 20%) to selected accounts in the country required.
  • Driving license.
