Working as a bus driver with our clients means playing a vital role in transporting passengers from point A to point B every day. As the face of the company, you ensure that people reach their destination safely, comfortably, and on time. You will have the opportunity to work independently while being part of a close‑knit team. Responsabilidades

• Act as a host/hostess during the bus ride, providing service to passengers.
• Drive the bus under all conditions, ensuring safe and comfortable transport for passengers and the safety of other road users.
• Operate normal and/or electric buses.
• Optional: Digital ticket sales.
• Report irregularities and issues, such as traffic jams, bus occupancy, road conditions, and detect defects in street furniture.
• Assess the general technical condition of the vehicle and record detected defects on the appropriate form.
• Prepare the bus for operation, including refilling oil, water, and air, setting the route, inserting and setting the tachograph disc (if necessary), checking the functionality of onboard equipment, and ensuring all necessary items are present.

Requisitos

• English level: minimum B1.
• EU nationality or EU citizenship.
• Valid EU driver’s license D.
• Valid Code 95 and a valid Tachograph card (must be arranged in the candidate's home country if not already acquired).
• Recent experience within the past 3 years.
• Minimum experience duration: 1 year.
• Must provide a clean Certificate of Good Conduct (CGC) later in the process.

Compensación y Beneficios

• Collective Labor Agreement (CLA), different per client.
• Hourly Wage: Starting from €16.30, depending on working experience.
• Weekly Hours: 36/40 hour workweek depending on client’s CLA.
• Holiday Allowance: 8% paid weekly.
• Overtime weekly; shift allowances for irregular hours.
• Housing costs between €0,- and €112,- per week, deducted from salary.
• Private room in a shared house; accommodation within a maximum of 45 minutes travel time by car (one way).
• Competitive salary.
• Travel Allowance: from €0.22 per kilometer for the fastest route according to ANWB route planner (according to CLA per client).

• Car rental (optional): €75,- per week (own car or rental required).
• Health insurance: €38,02 per week, deducted from salary.
• Travel costs to the Netherlands at the candidate's own expense.
