Formación

  • 2-5 years of experience in HR, preferably in an international environment.
  • Solid experience in payroll and staffing.
  • Knowledge of Spanish and European labor regulations.

Responsabilidades

  • Support monthly payroll for European entities.
  • Prepare employment contracts in compliance with local legislation.
  • Manage onboarding and introduction process for new starters.

  • Support the monthly payroll for process across European entities
  • Support European-wide implementation of global HR initiatives
  • Prepare employment contracts and amendments in compliance with country-specific legislation
  • Manage on boarding and introduction process for new starters
  • Ensure internal documents and policies are up to date
  • Support HR Administration when needed (on boarding & leavers process, reference letters, work permits etc.)
  • Support absence tracking / time registration system
  • Support monthly HR budget
  • Manage Ad-hoc HR Projects

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience in a similar position preferably gained in an international environment
  • Solid experience in the area payroll and internal staffing
  • Experience with Spanish and / or European labour regulations and social security
  • Service oriented and proactive
  • Self-starter with the ability to work autonomously and toward tight deadlines
  • Accurate and precise with the ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment
