Una compañía líder en soluciones de tuberías a nivel global está buscando un Gerente de Excelencia Comercial en Alicante. Este rol se enfoca en la implementación de mejores prácticas y técnicas para maximizar el rendimiento de los equipos de ventas, mientras colabora estrechamente con la gerencia para asegurar el crecimiento sostenible y efectivo en el mercado.

Formación

  • 3-8 años de experiencia en el mercado comercial.
  • Inglés a nivel profesional.
  • Experiencia en gestión de proyectos transformacionales.

Responsabilidades

  • Realizar investigaciones de mercado para identificar oportunidades comerciales.
  • Implementar procesos de excelencia comercial y herramientas de soporte.
  • Colaborar con equipos locales para asegurar el avance en las métricas de excelencia comercial.

Job Purpose

Drives the implementation of Commercial Excellence best-practices, supporting systems and KPIs to track progress and improve Commercial Excellence outcomes.

Provides sales teams Commercial Excellence outcomes and data to enable effective decision making to drive growth.

Champions commercial excellence and ensures best practices are implemented to maximise capability.

Participates in local and divisional Commercial Excellence forums.

Key Responsibility Area

  • Market Research: Identify commercial opportunities
  • Implement commercial excellence processes: Rollout of supporting tools, performance dashboards and KPIs ensuring appropriate resourcing, capabilities, and timing.
  • Drive field force effectiveness and efficiency: Sales force effectiveness, specification / project sales and sales funnel management, pricing and portfolio management, distribution management and key account management
  • Collaborate closely with Commercial Excellence Manager EMEA: Ensure strategy and objectives are aligned and integrated with divisional methodology and targets
  • Support and participate in the local BU governance forums: Ensure Commex progress and reporting are meeting required outcomes, issues are addressed and where required, escalated for resolution.
  • Develop and report to Sales Leadership on Commercial Excellence progress and performance, issues / barriers, and suggestions for improvement: Escalate and seek approvals where required.
  • Support sales teams in driving the Commercial Excellence transformation: Ensure alignment to the Customer Excellence methodologies and tools, challenging and driving for improvement and ensuring consistency.

Requirements

  • 3-8 years of experience in business or related market.
  • English level: Proficient
  • Good understanding of the underlying business drivers and customer landscape businesses. Direct experience of the sectors within which Aliaxis operates would be advantageous but not essential.
  • Worked in an environment with a Commercial Excellence mindset, utilising strategies and techniques to gain market share and increase profitability (eg Sales Force Effectiveness, Pricing & Portfolio Management, Sales Funnel Management, Customer Experience).
  • Politically astute with strong influencing techniques.
  • Coaching, training and supporting staff, building organizational capability.
  • Ability to make decisions and flexible in approaching problems, collaborative and seeks input of others to gain.
  • Experience in managing/leading transformational projects (incl. change management), with a track record of ‘getting things done’.
  • High performing individual with strong standing, perceived as a peer for sales management.
  • Recognized as a leader, well networked in the business.
  • CRM, ideally Microsoft Dynamics, experience.
  • Acquainted with advanced analytics and data visualization tools a plus (advanced Excel, PowerBI.

  • Ability to drive several commercial excellence workstreams in parallel
  • Strong coach/mentor, able to influence without authority and motivate a team
  • Ability to solve complex problems by using excellent problem-solving skills
  • Exhibits a strong sense of professionalism and integrity and is open and trustworthy
  • Is results-oriented and holds high level of energy and creativity with the willingness to go the extra mile
  • Possesses strong relationship and communication skills and is a thought partner/challenger for the local sales management
  • Ability to analyze data and develop insights to drive Commercial Excellence and profitable growth
  • Strong analytics skills, experience with advanced analytics and AI an advantage
