Commercial & Admissions Team Manager – EAE Business School Barcelona

📍 Location : On-site, Barcelona (C / Aragó 55)

💼 Contract : Permanent, full-time (10 : 00–14 : 00 / 16 : 00–20 : 00)

💰 Salary : €40,000 – €55,000 gross per year

At EAE Business School Barcelona , part of Grupo Planeta , we are looking for a Commercial & Admissions Team Manager with strong experience in sales team management , to join our Admissions Department and report directly to the Admissions Director.

What you’ll do
  • Lead, motivate, and manage a Commercial and Admissions Team to achieve enrollment and conversion goals.
  • Design, execute, and monitor action plans for national and international markets.
  • Oversee team performance : recruitment, onboarding, coaching, and professional development.
  • Ensure compliance with sales policies, operational processes, and admissions protocols.
  • Track and analyze key business KPIs, both quantitative and qualitative.
  • Develop and strengthen institutional and corporate partnerships.

  • Experience :
  • Proven background in sales and direct team management .

  • Advanced Excel and analytical skills (Power BI or similar).
  • Experience managing CRM databases (Dynamics 365 or similar).
