Formación

Location: Madrid Spain

Experience: 15 - 18 years

We are seeking an experienced Presales and Solution Architect to join our team in Tata Communication Transformation Services. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and proposing solutions for Transport and IP MPLS technology. The role requires a deep understanding of the RFP and bid life cycle, as well as the ability to effectively present the organization's capabilities and portfolio to customers.

Spanish Language Proficiency is a must, along with medium English Language skills.

Key Responsibilities
1. Solution Architect
  • Design and develop comprehensive solutions for Transport and IP MPLS technologies, aligning with customer requirements under RFP.
  • Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to develop solutions for other technologies, as needed.
  • Identify, communicate, and mitigate Risks, Assumptions, Issues and Decisions throughout complete lifecycle (Pre-sales, Delivery, Support)
2. Presales Support
  • Provide technical input and support during the RFP and bid life cycle, ensuring solutions meet customer requirements and TCTS standards.
  • Develop and deliver high-quality responses to customer RFPs, RFQs, and other solicitations.
  • Work with cross-functional teams (like Contract team, Business operations) to develop and refine solutions, ensuring alignment with TCTS strategy and portfolio while stitching the RFP response.
3. Customer Engagement
  • Present TCTS capabilities and portfolio to customers, highlighting the value proposition and competitive differentiators.
  • Lead the solution presentation to the customer as well as Inhouse stakeholders and senior management.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
4. Bid Management
  • Participate in bid management activities, ensuring technical compliance and alignment with customer requirements.
  • Collaborate with the bid team to develop and deliver winning bid responses.
Requirements
1. Technical Expertise
  • Strong technical knowledge of Transport and IP MPLS technology (Optics and IP) with experience in designing and implementing solutions.
  • Good exposure to overall Telecom Managed services industry offerings.
  • Fair understanding of telco NOC framework, tools and applications.
  • Exposure to field deployment and operations activities.
2. Presales Experience
  • Proven experience in presales support, solution architecture, and RFP responses.
  • Strong understanding of the RFP and bid life cycle.
3. Communication and Presentation
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to customers and stakeholders.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
4. Business Acumen
  • Understanding of the telecommunications industry, market trends, and competitor offerings.
  • Ability to identify business opportunities and develop solutions that meet customer needs.
