About the role

Responsible for the delivery and implementation of the Business Intelligence strategy across multiple disciplines, ensuring adherence to the BI governance model. Responsibilities
  • Product Ownership: Gather requirements, define and refine product vision and strategy in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Request Management: Intake and evaluate new requests or enhancements from business units and countries; create and track ADO tickets; manage backlog.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Conduct regular meetings to update on progress; demo completed dashboards; manage escalations and governance communication.
  • Prioritization: Assess and prioritize requests across multiple vendors based on business value and resource availability.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with data scientists, scrum masters, and commercial teams to ensure timely delivery.
  • Training & Communication: Deliver product demos and training sessions; prepare launch communications for new BI solutions.
  • Market Awareness: Monitor trends and propose strategies to leverage BI insights for growth.
  • Ad‑hoc Support: Handle urgent BI or commercial operations requests and support related projects.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
  • Experience: Proven product management experience, ideally in BI or data analytics.
  • Technical Understanding: Familiarity with BI concepts and tools (Power BI, ADO); cloud business knowledge is a plus.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to adapt language for different audiences.
  • Characteristics: Senior, self‑driven, dynamic, multitasker, quick learner.
  • Other Skills: Strong analytical mindset; ability to convert complex information into actionable strategy; advanced Microsoft Office skills.
  • Languages: Fluent English.
