Client Partner - Life Science at Savana
Major Accountabilities:
- Implement Savana’s global sales strategy.
- Contribute to lead generation activities.
- Manage key accounts by ensuring satisfaction, understanding needs, and offering value propositions; seek new projects within existing accounts.
- Identify and acquire new potential key accounts.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, stakeholders, and sponsors.
- Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions aligned with customer needs and objectives.
- Communicate progress of initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
- Forecast and track key account metrics for the sales department.
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Operate in compliance with security policies and procedures.
- Report incidents or propose improvements.
Skills, Experience, and Qualifications:
- 3 to 5 years’ experience in key account management within a CRO or pharmaceutical company.
- Understanding of technology, big data, and AI applications in health is a plus.
- Ability to establish durable relationships with pharma companies.
- Experience in account management.
- Ability to communicate technical value propositions.
- Innovative mindset to discover and test new value propositions.
- Strong understanding of clinical research and market access activities.
- Experience with public tenders.
- Result-oriented approach.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Interest in shaping the future of health and addressing unmet medical needs.
