Agora Madrid International School is a private international school in Madrid for students aged 0 to 18, located in El Bosque, Villaviciosa de Odón.

With the prestigious International Baccalaureate title, we provide an education focused on today’s globalized world, emphasizing values, languages, and a comprehensive program in art, music (we are an official music conservatory), and sports.

As part of the prestigious and internationally recognized Globeducate group, with schools in Spain, France, the United Kingdom, Italy, Andorra, India, Portugal, Canada, Malaysia, and Cyprus, we are also a fundamental pillar in the family of the other seven Agora schools in Spain.

We are currently looking for a passionate, dynamic and detail-oriented Admissions and Marketing Officer, to cover a maternity leave and carry out the following tasks in person at the school (this is not a remote position):

• Guiding families interested in the admission process.
• Evaluating and managing applications from prospective students.
• Organizing and coordinating admission interviews and tests.
• Guiding and accompanying school tours for families and potential students.
• Collaborating on marketing strategies and events to attract new students.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in a Marketing / Sales related field.
• Experience in Sales / Customer Service and Retention.
• Proficient in English (many families and contacts will be addressed in English).
• Native Catalan and Spanish speaker are highly desirable.
• Knowledge of the preK-12 education sector will be highly valued.
