Who are we?

Blue is a leading digital advertising and retargeting business operating across desktop, mobile, video, and display. We help advertisers connect with their audiences across retail, e-commerce, travel, Gaming and other performance-driven verticals.

What are we looking for?

As we enter our next phase of growth, we’re looking for a Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to lead the commercial side of the business — driving sales, client success and marketing with a clear focus on global scale and profitability.

The CRO will take full ownership of Blue’s global revenue strategy — setting the direction for how we grow, how we go to market, and how we serve our clients.

They’ll lead Sales, Account Management, and Marketing, ensuring that every part of the commercial engine works together efficiently and with purpose.

This role will be instrumental in driving Blue’s next phase of global expansion – establishing our commercial model in new regions and scaling our presence internationally. The CRO will report directly to the CEO of Blue Europe and will be part of the senior leadership team shaping the next chapter of the business.

While the focus is firmly on Blue, the CRO will also play a key part in integrating our sales approach with the wider group’s AdTech offerings. Once Blue’s own go-to-market and client engagement model is defined and stable, they’ll help develop a joined-up sales process that connects Blue seamlessly with our sister AdTech businesses.

Responsibilities
Growth & Revenue Leadership
  • Define and execute a clear global revenue strategy, focused on sustainable and diversified growth.
  • Lead the commercial team to hit quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  • Identify new markets, verticals and opportunities for expansion.
  • Drive cross-selling and upselling opportunities across existing clients and partnerships.
  • Ensure our pricing, positioning, and client proposition stay competitive and compelling.
Team & Culture
  • Lead and inspire a global commercial team across Sales, Account Management, and Marketing.
  • Create a culture built on accountability, collaboration and customer success.
  • Recruit and develop top commercial talent in key regions.
  • Build strong alignment between commercial, operations and product teams to ensure client delivery matches commercial ambition.
Client & Partner Development
  • Act as a senior point of contact for key global clients, ensuring we deliver strong performance and long-term relationships.
  • Build and nurture partnerships with agencies, networks, DSPs, and key technology partners.
  • Represent Blue externally — championing our capabilities and market position.
Commercial Operations & Data
  • Oversee forecasting, pipeline management, and revenue performance tracking.
  • Use data to make informed decisions on client profitability, sales efficiency, and overall ROI.
  • Partner with Finance to ensure revenue reporting and planning are robust and transparent.
Integration & Future Planning
  • Support the integration of Blue’s commercial strategy into the wider group’s AdTech ecosystem.
  • Help shape a future, unified sales process that allows clients to easily access multiple group solutions through one coordinated commercial framework.
Who We’re Looking For
  • Proven experience as a global CRO or equivalent senior commercial role in AdTech, programmatic, or performance marketing.
  • Strong track record of scaling international revenue teams and delivering consistent growth.
  • Deep understanding of demand- and supply-side dynamics, data-driven advertising, and performance marketing models.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and influencing skills — able to unite global teams around common goals.
  • Strategic thinker with a hands‑on mindset; equally comfortable designing the plan and executing it.
  • Analytical and commercially minded, with a focus on client value and long‑term growth.

This is a full‑time, onsite position. Applicants must have a Spanish work permit and be able to work at our office in San Pedro de Alcántara (Málaga).
