Your responsibilities:

1. Develop & communicate a compelling product strategy and collaborate with the executive team in identifying opportunities for growth.
2. Drive innovation & competitive advantage of our products.
3. Lead and mentor the product management team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, sales, and customer care, to develop and launch new products and features that drive customer satisfaction and business growth.
5. Develop and maintain the product roadmap, prioritizing features and initiatives based on strategic fit, customer feedback, internal stakeholders' feedback, market trends, and ROI.
6. Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of product initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
7. Serve as the company's product evangelist, promoting our offerings both internally and externally through presentations, conferences, and other engagements.
8. Recruit, retain, and develop a world-class team of product managers and UX/UI experts.
9. Analyze and understand market trends.

What you need to be successful:

1. Minimum 10 years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of delivering successful products in a tech company.
2. A solid experience in a senior leadership role, managing and developing high-performing large product teams.
3. Genuine interest in innovation.
4. Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects at once.
5. Thrives working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
6. High degree of independence, initiative, proactivity, and drive for delivering results.
7. Experience owning, understanding, and being responsible for product analytics, financial metrics, monetization, and P&L.
8. Ideally experience at a VC-funded or a pre-IPO start-up.
9. Analytical and critical thinker.
10. You speak fluent/professional English.
