A dynamic HR consultancy in Almería, Spain is seeking an experienced Human Resources Strategic Partner to implement HR policies and support leadership. This role involves executive coaching, compliance with labor laws, and talent management. The ideal candidate has at least 4 years of HR experience and is fluent in English and Spanish. Formación

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in generalist HR roles, preferably in international environments.
  • High level of English (minimum C1) and Spanish.

Overview

Human Resources Strategic Partner

We are seeking an experienced HR professional to join our team as a strategic partner. This individual will play a key role in implementing HR policies, supporting leadership, and fostering a healthy work environment aligned with business objectives.

Responsibilities
  • Act as a strategic advisor to business leaders, anticipating needs and proposing tailored solutions to drive organizational success.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to managers to strengthen leadership capabilities.
  • Co-design, implement, and maintain core HR processes, creating guidelines and providing local direction on HR policies and practices.
Employee Relations & Labor Compliance
  • Advise employees and managers on labor relations, internal policies, and HR procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with local and international labor laws and ethical standards.
  • Partner with managers and Legal to resolve employee conflicts, including disciplinary actions.
Talent Management & Development
  • Guide performance evaluation processes, leadership development programs, and action plans.
  • Promote and facilitate professional development initiatives, including training, mentoring, and career pathing.
Recruitment & Onboarding
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to attract, assess, and hire top-tier talent.
Organizational Design & Change Management
  • Implement and update organizational changes and maintain the positions database.
HR Operations & Systems
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in HR systems, supporting data-driven decision-making.
Qualifications

Academic Background

  • University degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Labor Relations, Law, or a related field.

Professional Experience

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in generalist HR roles, preferably in international environments.

Languages

  • High level of English (minimum C1) and Spanish.
