Overview
Human Resources Strategic Partner
We are seeking an experienced HR professional to join our team as a strategic partner. This individual will play a key role in implementing HR policies, supporting leadership, and fostering a healthy work environment aligned with business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic advisor to business leaders, anticipating needs and proposing tailored solutions to drive organizational success.
- Provide coaching and guidance to managers to strengthen leadership capabilities.
- Co-design, implement, and maintain core HR processes, creating guidelines and providing local direction on HR policies and practices.
Employee Relations & Labor Compliance
- Advise employees and managers on labor relations, internal policies, and HR procedures.
- Ensure compliance with local and international labor laws and ethical standards.
- Partner with managers and Legal to resolve employee conflicts, including disciplinary actions.
Talent Management & Development
- Guide performance evaluation processes, leadership development programs, and action plans.
- Promote and facilitate professional development initiatives, including training, mentoring, and career pathing.
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to attract, assess, and hire top-tier talent.
Organizational Design & Change Management
- Implement and update organizational changes and maintain the positions database.
HR Operations & Systems
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in HR systems, supporting data-driven decision-making.
Qualifications
Academic Background
- University degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Labor Relations, Law, or a related field.
Professional Experience
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in generalist HR roles, preferably in international environments.
Languages
- High level of English (minimum C1) and Spanish.
Skills
- Excellent communication and influencing skills.
- Strong analytical, planning, and organizational abilities.
