Job Description

The Chief Financial Officer will be responsible for leading finance requirements in Spain, as well as supporting consolidated processes in the global finance team.

Responsibilities

• Lead finance operations and compliance for the Spanish entity, including regulatory reporting, local GAAP considerations, and coordination with local advisors
• Ensure compliance with applicable obligations under the MiCA (Markets in Crypto-Assets) regulatory framework, including support in reporting, documentation, and financial control processes as they relate to asset service operations within the EU
• Own the coordination and relationship with the auditor for legal entity audited financial statements
• Responsible for Spanish tax compliance, including corporate tax, VAT, withholding tax
