Key Responsibilities:

1. Office Management: Oversee all office operations, ensuring full compliance with local regulations and company policies.
2. Brand Development: Develop and execute local brand awareness strategies in collaboration with headquarters.
3. Team Leadership: Recruit, onboard, and manage the local office team.
4. Market Intelligence: Monitor local investment trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activities.

Your Background

1. Professional Experience: 5 years of experience in international financial services or brokerage firms.
2. Skills & Qualifications: Strong knowledge of Spanish regulatory requirements for financial institutions, excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
