A top transformation consultancy is seeking a Change Management & Supply Chain Consultant for a remote role supporting a leading international client. The position requires over 8 years of experience in supply chain and change management, with strong expertise in SAP S4. Candidates must excel in leading transformations across functions and possess excellent English skills, with Spanish as a valuable addition. This 6-month project is focused on driving change and successful project delivery.

Change Management & Supply Chain Consultant – 6 months – Remote

RED is now supporting a leading international client in the consumer goods sector on a large-scale transformation project and are looking for a Change Management & Supply Chain Consultant to join the team.

This role combines strategic change management expertise with deep knowledge of supply chain processes, and will be key to driving successful project delivery across multiple functions.

Start: Immediate | Duration: 6 months+ | Location: Remote | Language: English and Spanish

Key Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in supply chain and change management roles, with proven leadership in complex transformations.
• Deep understanding of SAP S4 and its applications in supply chain.
• Extensive experience leading large-scale transformation initiatives, driving organizational change, and aligning business processes.
• Strong change management expertise in the consumption sector or similar industries.
• Fluency in English (advanced level), with additional Spanish skills a plus.
• Ability to interact with senior business and IT stakeholders, providing leadership and clear communication.
• Proven experience in defining, driving, and managing changes to people, processes, and systems.
