Formación

• At least five years of experience in professional recruitment consultancy focused on legal and international relations.
• Advanced level of English; knowledge of a second language (French or German) is a plus.

From the Career Services Department at Universidad CEU San Pablo we are currently seeking a Career Advisor to join our Faculty of Law.

Key Responsibilities

• Identification of national and international job opportunities suited to candidates' profiles in the fields of Law and International Relations. Focus: law firms, international organizations, public institutions, NGOs and globally oriented companies.
• Identification and engagement of partner institutions. Objective: to establish long-term relationships both nationally and internationally in order to channel through the University Career Services their job and internship offers as well as participation in career fairs and professional events.
• Career advising on sector insights, job search strategies, application preparation, entrepreneurship and professional development within the legal and international spheres.
• Preparation of CV Books for law firms, consultancies, organizations and international companies emphasizing competence and profile matching.
• Organization and participation in professional events related to employment, career development and opportunities in the legal and international relations sectors.

Required Qualifications

• Graduates in Economics, Law, Engineering, Pharma, Communication, Marketing, etc.
• MBA or similar from a prestigious business school.
• Certification in assessment tools: PDA, MBTI, etc.
• At least five years of experience in professional recruitment consultancy with a focus on legal and international relations.
• Advanced level of English. A second language (French or German) is a plus.
• Excellent commercial and communication skills, client orientation, flexibility, resiliency.
