What You'll Do
  • Leadership : Inspire and lead an international team of Campaign Managers, ensuring financial accountability for managing and growing top-tier advertiser accounts.
  • Talent Management : Oversee hiring, onboarding, training, and ongoing supervision of new team members.
  • Skill Development : Drive continuous growth through regular coaching, feedback, and hands‑on support to help exceed customer performance goals.
  • Performance Management : Identify strengths and development areas, execute performance reviews, and support career progression.
  • Client Escalations : Act as the primary point of contact for escalations and support your team in addressing client‑specific challenges.
  • Operational Excellence : Troubleshoot and collaborate with the team to resolve day‑to‑day challenges; provide guidance and act as a second set of eyes for critical decisions.
  • Collaboration : Work collaboratively with internal partners from different departments to ensure excellent client service delivery and team alignment.
  • Process Optimization : Develop frameworks for monitoring campaign health, standardize workflows, and improve overall efficiency.
  • Role Evolution : Continuously revisit and refine the scope of the Campaign Management function to adapt to internal and external changes.
