A global technology leader in Málaga is seeking a Business Growth Specialist who is fluent in Dutch and French, with a proactive mindset for uncovering business opportunities. We´re looking for a Business Growth Specialist to join our dynamic team in Málaga! If youre fluent in Dutch and French (and comfortable in English), this is your chance to kick-start or grow your career with a global technology leader.
As part of our Business Development team, youll help uncover new business opportunities and strengthen our relationships with existing OEM partners across Europe. Your role will include:
Researching and identifying key OEM accounts and understanding their industries, needs, and use cases.
Gathering insights on clients products, platforms, and past collaborations to help us tailor smarter business strategies.
Developing ideas to engage more partners and encourage them to use our digital portal as their go-to resource.
Mapping key contacts in target companies (Product Management, R&D, and more).
Qualifying leads before passing them to our Inside Sales and Partner teams.
Using CRM tools and internal systems to ensure account data is always accurate and up to date.
We´re looking for someone whos curious, proactive, and passionate about helping businesses grow. You´ll fit right in if you:
Speak Dutch and French fluently (English intermediate level).
Have experience in research, data management, or lead generation.
Are skilled at analyzing information and finding creative solutions.
Enjoy collaborating with others and have strong communication skills.
Are comfortable using CRM platforms and Microsoft Office tools.
Can work both independently and as part of a supportive team.
Have a basic understanding of B2B sales processes.
