A rapidly growing travel services provider in Spain is seeking a talented Business Development Manager to join their team in Sant Cugat del Vallès. The role requires at least 5 years of experience in business development and sales, with a strong focus on outbound sales and managing the sales cycle from prospecting to closing. Fluent English and Spanish are essential, and additional languages like French or German are advantageous. This permanent position offers flexible working hours and remote work options.

Responsibilities
  • Develop new relationships with Corporates in an effort to grow business and help company expand
  • Maintain existing business
  • Think critically when planning to assure project success
Qualifications
  • At least 5 years of experience
  • in business development and sales
  • Have extensive experience in outbound sales / sales development and have successfully managed the full sales cycle from prospecting and lead generation through to opportunity creation and closing.
  • Understands the dynamics of the B2B value chain
  • Strong relationship-buildingwith product, contracting, and commercial teams
  • Experience with XML / API integrations, ancillary upselling, and value-added service packaging are a plus
  • Skilled in pitching solutions that enhance the end-user (traveler) experiencewhile driving partner revenue
Language Requirements

Fluent in

English and Spanish

French, or German are strong assets depending on region
