Formación

  • 5+ years in global business development, preferably in legal or consulting services.
  • Native-level English and proficient Spanish are required.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with project management experience.

Responsabilidades

  • Create marketing collateral templates such as presentations and brochures.
  • Prepare guidelines for legal directory submissions.
  • Liaise with law firm contacts globally on client opportunities.
  • Monitor and promote social media posts for BDO Legal.

Your profile
  • 5+ years in global business development (legal / professional services / consulting preferred).
  • Native-level English
  • Proficient Spanish
  • Proven experience managing stakeholders across multiple countries and cultures.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills.
Key responsibilities
  • Marketing & Business Development Support: Creating templates for marketing collateral such as presentations, flyers, brochures, bid documents, etc.
  • Ensuring that all materials and guidelines have a consistent message and tone of voice, including copywriting for the mentioned documents as well as for websites.
  • Preparing guidelines and support for legal directory submissions (Chambers, Legal 500, IFRL 1000).
  • Gathering information on credentials for use in global bids and for League Tables such as Refinitiv, MergerMarket, PitchBook, etc.
  • Client Opportunity Support: Liaison with BDO Legal and external law firm contacts around the world.
  • Gathering fee quotes across jurisdictions.
  • Putting together proposal / bid documents.
  • Assistance in scoping international projects.
  • Advice on coordinating global engagements.
  • Contributing to a global coordination methodology.
  • Global Positioning of BDO Legal: Monitoring and promotion of local social media posts.
  • Drafting of global social media posts on our activities.
  • Coordination and design of multi-country whitepapers, gathering technical input from legal divisions in different jurisdictions.
  • Support in client-facing initiatives such as sponsorships and events.
  • Reporting to M&A league tables.
  • Supporting local teams with legal directory submissions.
  • General Support to Global Legal Practice: Being a team player and getting involved in other department activities where necessary.
  • Collaborating with the Global Coordinator and Leadership Board representatives to execute strategic initiatives.
  • Contribution to digital transformation initiatives and innovation projects, as capacity allows.
