Una agencia de adquisición de usuarios en crecimiento busca un Business Development Manager para unirse a su equipo internacional remoto. El candidato ideal debe tener experiencia en ventas, gestión de cuentas y en la industria móvil. Las responsabilidades incluyen el crecimiento de asociaciones, la identificación de nuevas oportunidades y la colaboración con varios equipos para cumplir con los objetivos de la empresa.

Formación

  • 2-4 años de experiencia en compra de medios o gestión de cuentas.
  • Experiencia en ventas, gestión de cuentas, agencias móviles o de aplicaciones.
  • Conocimiento de la industria móvil.

  • Identificar y crecer las asociaciones existentes de Performance Demand.
  • Monitorear innovaciones del mercado para desarrollar nuevas oportunidades.
  • Colaborar con los equipos de gestión de cuentas, tecnología y legal.

Responsibilities
  1. Own and grow our existing Performance Demand partnerships by identifying new opportunities, responding to requests, and onboarding new media buyers.
  2. Gain an in-depth understanding of our business model and KPIs to pitch strategies that create value for partners.
  3. Monitor market and industry innovations to develop new opportunities proactively.
  4. Increase and scale current partnerships.
  5. Track and analyze metrics to improve user acquisition efforts, collaborating with Account Managers.
  6. Work closely with the Account Management, Tech, and Legal teams to address client needs.
  7. Turn data into insights to inform business decisions.
  8. Collaborate cross-functionally for data integration and account setup.
  9. Upsell with current accounts and maintain good communication with Account Managers.
  10. Develop strategic and tactical initiatives related to mobile publishers and app developers.
  11. Identify new prospects and build relationships within the media publisher and app developer community.
Qualifications
  • 2–4 years of media buying or Account Management experience.
  • Experience in sales, account management, publisher, app, or mobile agency is mandatory.
  • Knowledge of the mobile industry.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, self-motivation, and a proven track record in developing and closing new business.
  • Ability to research and analyze data.
  • Consistent achievement of goals and revenue targets.
  • Skill in crafting sales pitches and presenting tailored strategies.
  • Self-starter with a hunger for new business, positive attitude, energetic, and a good sense of humor.
  • Comfortable working in a rapidly changing environment and taking actionable next steps.
  • Understanding of strategic and tactical implications of mobile advertising.
