A leading technology firm in Coslada (Madrid) is seeking a motivated individual for a crucial role focused on growing the distribution business by implementing after-sales service strategies. Ideal candidates will have a technical background with a robust sense of customer satisfaction and network development. Responsibilities include managing distributor relationships, organizing training, and analyzing results to improve efficiency. Reporting to the Business Line Manager of the Compressor Service & Optimization division (CSO), you will contribute to the growth of the business by implementing the After Sales Service strategy in our distributor network. This is based on 4 pillars: presence, efficiency, sales value (service ladder) and operational excellence in the execution of services. You will be in daily contact with our dealer network, our sales team, equipment divisions and our production unit based in Belgium.
We are looking for a self-starter with an affinity for technology, a strong taste for "customer satisfaction" and network development. Your day will be a success if you can help our distributors improve their efficiency in their daily processes and activities. You enjoy learning how to use new tools that help our customers move towards a greener and more sustainable future. Curious, rigorous, you can communicate effectively and be proactive.
