About the Role

We are looking for a Sales Transformation Trainee to support the deployment and evolution of our Digital Sales Transformation (D-STAR) program across both On Trade and Off Trade channels.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in the consumer goods industry—particularly in spirits and alcoholic beverages—who is eager to gain hands-on experience in large-scale commercial transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support commercial transformation programs, including project management (PMO), change management, field execution, and adoption.
  • Collect, analyze, and report data to various stakeholders, including senior leadership.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Technology, Data Science, and our Headquarters in Paris.
  • Develop industry knowledge and functional expertise in sales and commercial operations.
  • Build professional skills in English and Spanish, leveraging data insights, advanced analytics, and emerging technologies such as AI.
Candidate Profile

Education :

  • Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Big Data, or Analytics.

Skills & Knowledge :

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI).
  • Experience with data collection, analysis, clustering, and reporting.
  • Knowledge of Python and SQL is a plus.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • High level of motivation and willingness to learn.

Experience :

  • Previous experience in sales or data roles within the Retail or CPG industries, or in consultancy, is valued.
  • First professional experience is welcome.
