What you will be doing:

• Designing and building scalable, reliable systems in collaboration with a diverse team.
• Writing tests to ensure our software is stable and reliable.
• Collaborating closely with the team to bring robust software to production.
• Defending and discussing architectural proposals with managers and teammates.
• Providing technical context and insights to inform decision-making.
• Contributing innovative ideas on Backend and Software strategies.
• Documenting solutions for efficient implementation.
• Designing scalable and maintainable solutions for our large user base.
• Actively participating in software development, clarifying complex aspects.
• Performing PR reviews for teammates.

What we are looking for:

• Strong technical skills and solid conceptual foundations.
• Experience with technologies like Typescript, Node.js, gRPC, Kafka, MongoDB, GraphQL.
• Interest in Distributed Software, Cloud solutions, Microservices, & Serverless Architectures.
• Eagerness to learn, evaluate, and apply new concepts.
• Experience discussing, spiking, and benchmarking engineering solutions.
• Familiarity with Reactive & Domain Driven Architectures.
