Duties include managing customer communications, processing purchase orders using SAP, and coordinating documentation for imports and exports. Formación

Overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a small and energetic team in the La Marzocco Spain branch office. We are looking for a dynamic Back Office & Logistics Support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer communications regarding orders, shipments, and general inquiries
  • Process purchase orders, validate pricing, and manage acknowledgments using SAP
  • Use the company's internal ERP system (SAP) to perform daily operational tasks
  • Coordinate and review import / export documentation: liaise with shipping partners, issue sales invoices, packing lists, and related documents
  • Monitor stock levels and manage purchases from the headquarters
  • Create and manage factory purchase orders in SAP to align stock with customer demand
  • Work closely with the local warehouse to ensure timely arrivals and dispatches
  • Maintain regular communication with the HQ Customer Care team to align on sales and purchase orders
  • Generate and analyse sales reports
  • Handle office supply management and oversee office equipment maintenance

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook), internet tools, and databases
  • Experience with SAP (mandatory)
