Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement multi-channel CRM strategies through a data‑led approach, to drive customer engagement and retention, tailored to the look and feel of our B2B brands.
  • Monitor and optimise CRM campaigns and customer journeys to improve customer experience.
  • Monitor KPIs related to customer engagement, retention, and revenue, to provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders.
  • Analyse customer behavior and assess its impact on business KPIs.
  • Segment customers based on behaviors to tailor offers and come up with effective campaigns and promotions aimed at maximizing revenue and retention.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, while also monitoring competitors to ensure our brands maintain best practices and remain competitive.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure cohesive promotion and offers that align with the overall business objectives.
Qualifications
  • Experience with regulated markets.
  • Proven CRM experience within the entertainment industry.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems.
  • Experience with data analytics and reporting tools.
  • Strong understanding of the entertainment industry.
