The ideal candidate will have experience with Microsoft Azure services and strong problem-solving skills. Responsibilities include acting as a product expert and collaborating with team members to deliver customer solutions. This is a hybrid position offering a chance to work with a leading cloud transformation partner.

Formación

• At least two years of technical support experience in Azure.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues and achieve solutions.
• Comfortable explaining technical solutions in a non-technical manner.

Apeiron Sumus is looking for an Azure Solutions Architect to join our team. This person will provide technical guidance to our business and support sale and delivery of technical projects for our customers.

The ideal candidate will have first-hand experience deploying Microsoft Azure services, a strong technical background, solid analytical skills, and proven problem-solving experience. They will utilize their interpersonal skills to communicate with customers and provide a solution to their technical problems quickly and professionally.

Responsibilities:

• Act as product expert – Review and respond to all Microsoft Azure needs. Evaluate the solutions by testing its capabilities in an on-going manner. Determine and report on system capabilities and restrictions. Evaluate the customer objective and suggest alternatives and recommendations.
• Provide customer support – Collaborate with other technical team members to provide exceptional customer service to the client. Work with team members to develop technical solutions based on Azure technology.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree (or the equivalent) is required
• Two years of related technical support experience in Azure
• Technically savvy with strong project management skills
• Experience troubleshooting issues and achieving solutions
• The ability to explain a technical solution in a non-technical format
• Certifications: AZ-900, AZ-305, AZ-500 (Nice to have)

This is a hybrid position.
